The Food Runner is a vital link between the kitchen and the customer, whether that customer is at the counter, on the patio, or ordering from their couch at 1am. You’ll be responsible for making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is complete, correct, and delivered quickly. This role isn’t just about carrying food—it’s about attention to detail, communication, and supporting flow across the line.
You’ll also own the packaging and quality control of all to-go and online orders. That means confirming modifiers and extras, double-checking bag contents, and making sure every pickup order is as dialed-in as our dine-in service. You’ll maintain a clean, organized runner station, keep backup supplies stocked, and communicate closely with line cooks and expo to keep everything running smooth.
