Description

We are looking to add a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative/Treatment Coordinator to our team. Coordinators are a crucial part of our business as they are the patient's first contact and continuously work with our patients throughout their treatment experience. We offer competitive pay with uncapped commissions.

In addition to new patient sales, this role requires following up with previous potential clients/patients who have not purchased with us in the past. Our successful Aesthetic Sales Representatives are able to renew interest by offering education and promoting our cosmetic and regenerative services.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE REQUIRED! APPLICANTS WITHOUT PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A COSMETIC SURGERY SALES / TREATMENT COORDINATOR SETTING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with new and existing patients to determine realistic goals, matching the appropriate treatment plans with our surgical and non-surgical solutions.
  • Provide value and educate our patients regarding our approach, the procedure, and our processes; including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
  • Manage the appropriate follow up with both the clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure.
  • Maintain and develop a patient pipeline, and regularly follow up with prospective patients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.
  • Demonstrate leadership to keep the entire team informed, positive, and energized to support the best possible patient experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven, outstanding track record (minimum of 2-4 years) in sales in a high-energy, high-paced environment. Experience with one-on-one consultative selling in industries such as plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, or other professional settings is considered a plus.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team members.
  • Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards.
  • Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
