Maintain store staffing, including reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and training employees.
Create employee schedules and ensure store is properly staffed in the event of absences and/or call outs

Leads operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent(Required).
Basic math skills and POS familiarity.
Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Customer service experience - 2 years(Preferred).
Prior management experience (Preferred).
Familiarity with retail KPIs and metrics.
