You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through various channels, including email, social media, and phone.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on strategic fit and readiness to engage.
  • Nurture and build relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, tracking progress through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed of industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead data.
  • Report on key performance metrics and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in recruitment solutions is a plus.
