Infant Teacher

As an Infant Teacher at Bright Futures Learning Academy, you will:

• Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of infant-aged children.
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support each child’s development.
• Incorporate early childhood education principles into daily teaching practices, focusing on cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere, encouraging the growth and development of each child.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and align with our curriculum goals.

• 24 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), including at least 3 units in administration or staff relations.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a child care center, specifically using a creative curriculum.
• Valid California teaching permit through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about working with infants and fostering a positive learning environment.
